The car was built by Detroit Street Rods over the course of about a year. The body came by way of Steve's Auto Restoration and Experi-metal. The engine had to be reworked to fit between the rails of the '34 Replica. Which included the dual turbochargers being moved to the front of the block and the exhaust being custom made to exit the side of the car. The usual front wheel drive transversely mounted set up was scrapped and power is now sent to the rear wheels through a Tremec 5-speed manual and a Ford 9 inch rearend. The 400 horses and 400 lb-ft of torque is sure to get this old meets new, six banger Hot Rod moving in a hurry.
